Do You Think Admins Should Be Allowed To See Who Votes What In Vote Chess?

In vote chess do you think that admins and/or super admins should be allowed to see who votes what in vote chess. It gets very annoying when people vote a completely random and terrible move. In a vote chess game that is going on at the moment with my group one guy keeps votign terrible moves when we have a forced mate. I'm sure that sometimes people do this because they want the other team to win. Please tell me what you think.

No vote must b private! Admin shud nt watch it

That would be like telling everyone who voted for who in an election. The votes are private for a reason- privacy. Wink

Yes but what if one person is constantly voting a bad move on purpose.

Let them. One rogue vote shouldn't affect the result.

Yeah, I guess I see where you are coming from.

But if someone makes multiple accounts they can outvote everyone else and ruin the game. Instead of making vote chess games open to anyone who wants to join, they should be by invitation of the team captains only that way players wanting to join can be screened.

Maybe.

in grups admin should see that information but only admins or team capitan. Then if you see that some people get random or loosing moves when someone wrote curent moves you can kick them and your grup have more chances to win.

Yeah, this topic is very debateable.

I have this problem, but i think a better solution would be to stop people voting before an agreement was made on an automatic setting.

Like, no votes till 12 hours have passed, on one day game.

I think it would be good if Super Admins could see it!

Yes but then people who are only online between lets say 4 and 5 pm can't vote if voting doesn't begin until 11 pm.

I don't think this is a good idea because when the super admin diasagrees with you he can delete your vote. I once was member of a large group at this website of which the admin was more like a dictator. Such an admin would abuse his power to see your vote.

Edit:I am not a person that votes wrong moves on purpose.

Groups generally have rules for vote chess. It's a team game. If someone breaks the rules for that game, everybody (not only admin, imo) should be able to see that. If you don't like the team's rules for vote chess, look for another team that suits your needs better.

Who in thier right mind do that- why would someone comit so much energy for saboutaging an online chess group- if there was a money prize, then that will be diffrent.

I've been in a number of vote chess matches where one vote decided the outcome. It happens quite frequently with smaller groups.

I agree wholeheartedly that Superadmins should be able to see names next to votes. If this system is not in place, it should be created. It is not fair for a competitive team to have to deal with a smartass who thinks it's funny to vote RESIGN every move. Superadmins already have the power to decide who plays in a Team Match, so it does not make sense that they cannot remove players from a Vote Chess match, especially if that player becomes abusive or does not acknowledge the rules the team has created.

Maybe a solution is just to have to the admins have to approve of each person that signs up for a game. Or does this already exist?
