Do you want a "Reputation" score added?

Imagine the scenario...
You're mid game, it's been hard-fought but you're in a winning position. The other player knows it too. You can sense a satisfying victory in sight.
But then you notice it's been a while since the other player has made a move. Seconds pass, then minutes. Then you come to the realisation that instead of doing the decent thing and resigning, your opponent has just walked away. You look at the timer, still 5 minutes to go. You can't log off or walk away yourself because they might just be thinking or gone for a bathroom break. So you wait, watching the pieces in case one moves. You're stuck there while the timer counts down not being able to start another game just because someone wanted one last dig.

Fed up of this? Me too.

Straw-poll time:

Do you want a Reputation score added?

Throwing ideas around now...
Maybe every time a player resigns, their reputation increases.
Maybe if a game has ended after a long delay without a move, the player who delayed gets their reputation decreased.
When a game starts, you get to see their reputation score to see whether they're likely to walk away or resign decently if they start losing.
Likewise, they get to see your reputation and abort a game before wasting time if you're a walker ;)

What do you think? Is it a good/bad idea? Please comment with why.
Please start your comment with a bold Yes/No to make it easier to see what everyone thinks.
Thanks for reading (and hopefully for your comments) and happy playing!
