Ok, but consider how the opposite statement "be unfair, ban all forums" is a strong counterpoint.
lol.

So he tells me, he says: "ok you ball."
And that's the story of why I don't take chess.com members seriously anymore.
Of course I'm lying. That happened long before you. Don't think your idiocy makes you special, far from it.
Why does it have to be my level? Why can't you say "I'll never pass kindergarten" because let's be honest, "ok you ball" isn't even a ****ing sentence you ****ing degenerate POS.
lol
I've been warned a number of times when quoting posts, but never muted. Trying to re-submit thinking the system will somehow change its mind the 2nd time is what causes a lot of mutes, I think.
The biggest issue for me is the lost time typing a reply. The warning should stop you from posting but allow you to edit (or at least copy) your post. Heck, at this point I would settle for the post being copied to the clipboard and then deleted from the editor. At least then it would not be gone.
Although the reasons for it change, posts disappearing has been a problem for years. For long posts I have the habit of cutting and pasting before submitting, but sure, even as recently as this week I've had to re-type posts because the site ate it.
And yeah, the red banner only muted me because I kept editing things and resubmitting trying to narrow down where it was... this was before I discovered the offensive word could be in the quoted block, apparently some forms of submission bypass the filter.
Man, look at me, spreading the love.
wat love?
When I post in complete sentences, kids on the forums be like:

Be fair Ban all forums
