European Union flag

EU isn’t a nationality so isn’t there. For people who see themselves as part of a larger global society there is an International flag to place on their profile.

Johnny_Gumshoe I had forseen this kind of answer, yet Nationality itself is a fuzzy concept, and mostly a way of telling who we are. If the answer were that Nationality is what is by law recognized as State we wouldn't have Scotland and England.

There is the option "Global". I miss the option "Pirate" like in L***chess. That would be an improvement.

Scotland and England are part of the same nation state but are different countries or nations.
I don't refuse this idea, in fact I second it. I just want people to recognize the national value of EU as well.

Yeah, it would be a cool idea, though I understand why they wouldn't want to add every territory or supranational union as a flag. A flair for every continent would maybe be a bit more suitable. It's always a tough question though, and it always will boil down to what countries are recognised (and how many continents people think there are ).

Maybe make a suggestion regarding the flag

An EU flag wouldn't show your nationality.

Looks like a lot of people knows better than me what nationality should I have and how should I show it. Thanks for the feedback to those who have been collaborative and polite.

You can upgrade to gold and you get a gold star ⭐️ like on the EU flag. Problem solved
Lmao your making him get a membership lol
I was wondering if Chess.com only had the FIDE federation flags, but Chess.com has some FIDE does not have (such as American Samoa).
If there is enough demand for a flag then Chess.com might add it, but it probably won't add every flag requested (it is also missing flags for NATO, Gondor, Atlantis and the United Federation of Planets even though there would likely be at least some people that would request each of them). An EU flag might get enough requests.

It looks good but omg Mexican flag way better
