Fantasy Chess Olympiad 2016

I've set this forum up for anyone wanting to discuss the Fantasy Chess Olympiad 2016. Use this forum to share your line ups, boast about your successful picks and predictions, bemoan your under-performing players or talk about the rules, hints and tips or anything else related to the FCO 2016.

So let me get the ball rolling... from our first 100 or so entries 45% selected the USA to win the Open section of the Olympiad with 31% plumping for Russia and another 17% thinking reigning Champions China would win Gold again.

It's even more clear cut which teams our FCO captains think will win the Women's section. 63% think it will be China, 24% say Russia and the rest are no where. 

What do you think? Are the USA really the favorites to win the Open? Do China deserve to be such overwhelming favorites in the Women's section? Let's hear your views.
