Friend request from unrecognized player; how do I find if I've played him/her?

I have a friend request from someone whose name I do not recognize. I play almost exclusively blitz and don't pay attention to the names of my opponents.

I would like to know if I've played this person. I think I've found his profile page; it has his username at the top, to the right is a silver trophy from 'Division' games.

I've found an older forum post that says that, if you've played any games against the player, that information will be on the profile page, upper left. I don't see anything indicating that info on his page, but don't know what it would show if I have not played any games with him.

Can someone give me directions on whether this is a profile page, whether it would show that I had played games against him if I had, and where, and where I'd look for the information if not here?

If you have played them it shows at the top of the stats block on the website.

ok, found the answer myself. In many places on the site, when you click on a username you get a small popup containing some player info, including your record. This is the same popup with his/her join date, rating for some variant of chess, and options to challenge, follow, change friendship status, etc.
