Colby did mean well and I certainly still see such what was his intentions a most definite reality !

My case is similar to that of cryysis.. I’ve been banned for no reason and my mails weren’t responded. I’ve tried mailing chess.com many times, but all efforts to get back my free-de-la-h0ya in vain.

 Staffs banned 2 of my friends for no reason as well, Those 2 buddies of mine, asked a staff regarding my account closure. Staffs assumed that those 2 accounts were my alternative accounts and they banned, both of my friends. (@hxrshaa and @darkdeath7) .

i opened illusionalfree account in order to somehow explain staffs and get @hxrshaa and @darkdeath7 reopened. But all efforts in vain. Injustice has been provided to me,cryysis,Hxrshaa,darkdeath7.

 If staffs aren’t even willing to reply to our mails, Why do they even  ask us to “contact support” for issues.

When I asked then why I was muted ,

And then when I asked Joel bout my account Closure. He banned illusionalfree And never replied.

. I ain’t gonna stay here for long,I might be banned anytime. Thank you..

If chess.com reopens @hxrshaa and @darkdeath7. I’ll close this account myself.

I think you forgot that this is a chess site. They (and you too) can just reopen their accounts, and you don’t have to reveal it to anyone. Chess.com won’t ban you for playing chess on their site. 

Been noticing him on the forums for a long time. He didn’t seem like an abusive user to me.

Closure of accounts for a valid reason is fine. But Closing accounts and not giving members’ a proper reason isn’t fine.
