Hi, What is the difference between a super admin and an admin. Does a group have to have a super admin and an admin to function.

I don't think "admins" are mandatory. At least one "super admin" is required, though. Super admins have a broader toolset at their disposal for the management of the group, e.g. only super admins can change the access levels of other users.

superadmin can name admins and superadmins and can start the group

they are pretty much needed at least one
