In this game, you played 5 random pawn moves. Then your opponent attacked your queen, and you played another random pawn move, and you lost your queen.

Don't do that. Don't play random moves. Use your time, try to find good moves.

I had a look at a few of your recent rapid games.

Don't keep moving the same piece. It looks like you have a tendency to move a piece out, and then just keep moving that piece.

At the start of the game, if you are white, move either your e pawn or your d pawn out 2 squares. Then, bring out a knight (if you start with your d pawn, it is usually good to then bring out your c pawn 2 squares too - personally, I would say go e4 on move 1, then bring out your Knight to f3.

At the start of the game, it's more about getting your pieces off their starting squares, so don't move a piece twice, unless you're going to lose it if you don't. Don't bring your Bishops out to somewhere where your opponent can just attack it with a pawn that you could not capture.

If you can get both your e and d pawn to 4 (as in e4 and d4) then that's generally a good idea.

Get your King castled. Get your Queen off the starting square, but not too exposed. You want your two rooks to "see" each other, and probably want to bring them towards the centre.

Do not start trying to attack until you've got your pieces out and your king safe. And certainly don't go on one piece rampages.
