You can cheat while playing bot. Chess.com allow that. I can accept he beat world no. 1 (like for example maybe world champion hang his pawn) but not with engine bot.
How did a 14 y/o newcomer to chess beat all the chess bots up to Danny Rensch at 2500?
bots' ratings are over estimated. Maximum, 3200 rated, is still around top GM's strength. i believe 2500 rated bots are somewhere between 1700-1800. that's why titled chess streamers don't need long time and full concentration to give them hard time. but they are still stronger than most people.. if you think its easy to beat 2500+ bots then you are very strong. i always have trouble playing bots around that rating (that means, in otb 1700-1800 rated players are enough to give me trouble)..

So I am still not a GM but I am still a kid
You don't get the grandmaster title by getting a high rating on chess.com, you get it by achieving 2500 rating in all FIDE time fields, and by playing like a 2600 in at least three tournaments that have at least one other grandmaster playing

Is there something going on with the bots? I have a student in my chess club who started playing 3 months ago. I just saw him playing the bots today on his phone. He was playing the maximum at 3200. When he went into the menu, he had beaten, WITH 3 STARS, every bot from the lowest level all the way up to Danny Rensch at 2500!
How is this possible? The kid is very smart, but even still...not possible...right? So how'd it happen?
totally not possible, I when I was 14(I was never 14) I beat Danya with a nice scotch!
