How do you get more views?

So im trying to make 10k views, and its also an goal. You dont have to be serious ab this topic and im just asking an question (as i said xD), if you know an answer, then this answer will help only not me, but EVERYBODY thinking the same as me! ;D

Im super active and makes alot of friends here, im active 24/7 but it fixes nothing.

Communicate a lot or be a top streamers/GMs

views do nothing, why do you want them

plus if you are really looking for tips, I get around 250 views a day on the days when I post a blog. So do that
