How does cZarVoid do the daily puzzle days before it's released?

I've been checking the last pages of the daily puzzle comments, and I keep seeing a familiar name, cZarVoid. It says he comments on the puzzle days before it's released. Also, cZarVoid's profile says 'Pentesting for Chess.com Bug Bounty Program'. What does that mean, and does it relate to his comments on the daily puzzles?

hes a pentetration tester for chess.com, he checks if there's a way to hack into the website using the daily puzzles, If there is then he reports it to chess.com and If there isn't then they upload the puzzle to the public with no problems - is my guess
