This id of @Eagle_Chesss has gained more than 1000 ratings in just three days....

He joined on 1st and today is 3rd and he is rated too high...

Can anyone see his games that how he did so and how can I do the same....?

Since he just joined, he must have put his rating too low, and since the system gives you more rating when you start, he gained a lot. He only played the 5 games needed to get a rating. Either that or he is a cheater (which I doubt, just a possibility)

You can't. It is only for new accounts for a few games until they get an established rating.

The guy played 34 games and won 33 of them. That's how you do it.

Ok, but why does this take 30+ games. There should be a process adjusting that player to his true elo earlier on. Ideally you want to play someone who is a little better than you, but not someone who is better 1000elo points.
