You have to accept a draw offer before you move. Your move constitutes refusal. (You have four games now. One versus Vikmishra must be the one you are talking about. In that game, it is not your move.) You can't accept a draw after you have moved.
Since you moved, why not offer the draw again yourself?
On the game's page, there should be a note on the top left of the page, above the moves/chat/details, saying 'draw offered' You can select accept or decline, or if you go ahead and move then it's automatically declined.

@notmtwain: I'm talking about my game with addict_insane. He has offered me a draw. The draw offer appears which appears above my move list 'You have a pending draw offer'. But there is no link to accept it.
Where the draw offer appears, there should also be the words 'accept' and 'decline'. Those are the links you should click on.
No links are there. That is the problem :(
I think I've only seen that specific text when I was the one that offered the draw. I can't recall for sure what the text is when your opponent offers a draw, but it should have links for accept/decline.
Did you recently offer a draw in that game? Or is it possible that you accidentally clicked on the "Offer Draw" button, perhaps when you meant to click on the "Analyze" link. I think I've done that at least once - at least, I presume I did, since my opponent verbally declined "my draw offer" when I knew that I had a winning endgame.
omnipaul is right. The "You have a pending draw offer" sentence can be seen only by a player who has offered the draw.
I received a draw offer twice in a game but did not get the accept/decline buttons when I wanted to accept, I then made a move and offered a draw but my opponent made another move and my position was worse. Why not make a simple part of chess simple on the site?
In my current game against doroy22 it is my move and I have notification that I have a pending draw offer I do not have an accept or decline button and when I open the chat box it will not allow me to enter any text. I have tried to deal with this on my laptop running windows 7 and a desktop running XP. I would like to accept a draw.

I'm playing a game of online chess in which I have been offered a draw by my opponent. I want to accept the offer but apparently I cannot find a way to do it. I have searched other forum threads also but nowhere it is mentioned how to accept a draw offer, although many threads complaint about it. So please, can anyone tell me how to do it? A nice simple answer.
