If you're talking "online" chess (correspondence), it's found in settings. Even easier, become "friends" and then you won't have to change your settings. There's a box you can check that says "friends can challenge me no matter what". So roll your mouse to home>online chess>settings and either check that box or change your setting range. And no, I wasn't aware it would apply to your own challenges, seems dumb.

Hello,
I just invited a friend to join Chess.com in order to play some games - and he did .
I sent a challenge to him be he cannot start the game because he got a message saying that I don't want to play against players less than 1250 .
Why does this limit apply for challenges that I specifically created?
If the only way to start his game is for me to change the range of accecpted rates, how can I do this ? ( I looked but was unable to find ) .
