How to Get the Megaphone and Chatterbox Achievements

How do I get the “Megaphone” and “Chatterbox” achievements. Unlike the other descriptions on the achievements those two are pretty vague 

For megaphone, you need to type in forums 1000 times.

For chatterbox, that would be 10000 times. 

I believe club announcements are 4 chat points.

Why would chess.com even make those achievements wouldn’t that encourage spamming????? Anyway I’m guess I’m gonna have to become insanely active now
