How to improve?

Hi everyone, I have a question. I am around 1500-1600 online in most time controls. You can check on my profile. I am winning 200-300 rating points each month, with lots of improvement.I go to a chess club, and train.I am determined to achieve a title one day. I know it’s nit going to be easy. I looked for advice, but couldn’t find some. I’m not worried about stagnating, I just don’t know which path to take. If you’re reading this and you are 2000 or have a title, please tell how you did it. Thanks a lot. Bye

I’m on chess.com only 1150 but i often play OTB with around 1600 Elo performace

My advice is to find your weakness just like me (I trade too much to force a rook endgame) and improve there
