To get to grandmaster level, I would recommend getting help from a GM coach. Also, being pro in the game is not for the weak. You have to be so patient, so strong, so intelligent….

There are many good books where you can observe GM’s thinking. Or YouTube. It’s very interesting to watch but it’s difficult to repeat.
It's hard to know what the opening post is supposed to mean.
If the meaning is that GMs think about percentages, then no.
If the meaning is that GMs think about the moves and plans of their opponents, then yes.
