I.C.C.F. Supposedly the cream & clean suggests using Houdini???

I have for many years played British team games and individual events on I.C.C.F. I was recently shocked beyond belief when a C.C.M. Correspondence Chess Master of very senior Level Sent me a message to my SchemingMind Chess Account suggesting I should install Houdini Software on my computer to help me to resign my games earlier??? I was shocked at the arrogance by such a senior C.C.chess master, I pointed out that should he have suggested such a thing on I.C.C.F. they would be far from amused and he should show patients to his opponents! and I would rather earn my results fair as outlined in I.C.C.F. fair play guidance 👏 I am still shocked by what happened from someone you should hold respect but that is nolonger the case?!!🤔
ICCF now allows engine assistance, as a prohibition is impossible to patrol.
"6. In ICCF event games, players must decide their own moves. Players are permitted
to consult prior to those decisions with any publicly available source of information
including chess engines (computer programs), books, DVDs, game archive databases,
endgame tablebases, etc."
