No martin, I face the puzzle problem too. But if you create the puzzle in analysis tab snd post it here it works fine
I got a message from chess.com saying that I commited verbal abuse.

I just created one in one of my test clubs without issue. I'll test something else

Alright, I've been muted before, but many of the reasons weren't my fault. I'm not going into that right now.
Apparently, I've been 'trash talking' during games. I turn off the setting to chat in live games! Why would I be doing that? Even after games, I send a good game trophy/award or say GG in messages. I don't understand how the system found this, or if there is some person who wants me to get banned from cc.

We have received reports of verbal harassment or abuse from several of your recent opponents.
Footnote: Not being on topic here, but a couple months ago I also received a sandbagging strike. I tried contacting support but they didn't remove the strike.
What happens now?

Edit:
Here is a screenshot of my privacy settings for proof that I don't use chat in daily and live games:
Contact staff to check. I got one two months ago and so I complained to a customer services manager about it when I was talking to him about something else. He told me that he investigated it and it seemed there was a fault. There was no reason I should have got such a message, so he apologised.
People should read the posts and focus.
True.
The thread got massively derailed.
To go back to the abuse topic, we don't know what you were accused of saying. I would stop saying "good game" unless you know your opponent. A lot of people who lose get very angry if someone tells them "GG". Even if you mean well, they hear it as being sarcastic.

Super simple but just a test
I've made puzzles before. I click share, click embed, click puzzle and copy/paste the code at the position the puzzle starts from. Have I done something wrong? Can you turn my game into a proper puzzle?
I had a mate in 8 earlier today and I was thinking of using that. It would have been difficult.
I build mine directly in the diagram editor and make it into a puzzle.

For the second time in about two or three weeks, I just got three of these banners while I was playing blitz.
"You may not use Analysis while playing chess. See our Fair Play Policy."
There's something really wrong with this site. I'm not the first person to say that they need to pay more attention to all the glitches. And employ better programmers.
If you have a tab open to Play and one on Analysis, even if you're not in a game, you'll get that message.

Sorry, but this topic is going off the rails now. Maybe I should stop the good game, but it is good sportsmanship, right? I mean, I don't get why people who lose should react like that. Every now and then, I get a response from the players I say 'GG' to. I even once tried to arrange another game with that person.

Maybe, maybe not.

Maybe the site shouldn't send out automated messages that are insane. It's a possibility, right?
In the first case, sending out an automated message "we received reports of abuse" without even looking at them - it's just as bizarre as it sounds.

That is actually 100% true. Same with EndgameEnthusiast2357, the sandbagging reports are also a similar cas to the issue with automated messages. Plus, chess.com doesn't even bother to look through mutes in the same way.

I'm just worried that chess.com won't care about my support email and it will waste my time. I have no idea what to do about this...

Many moderators in other forums have stated that the workload on chess.com staff is tremendous with regards to situations like yours. We can all argue and debate about how long it takes and the reasons why, but the bottom line at this point is that it is going to take some time to resolve. Plus, this is the holiday season and I'm sure they've let some people off for vacation. It must be hard, but try to be patient. I struggle with that too and understand how you feel.

It was done in early October. Most people get it after 1-2 weeks. You do not understand my frustrations.

Yeah... that is an extremely long time to wait for a resolution. I have no other suggestions, other than trying to resubmit your complaint with some of the options mentioned in this forum. I wish that I had better advice to give.
I think something's wrong with it, again. It just takes it back to the beginning. There doesn't seem to be a way you can fix it at a particular move.
What exactly are you trying to do? Creating a puzzle in general is working.
