Still doing exactly the same. I think it's a glitch. It's about 6 games ago in blitz, versus edrisalbadri.

The analysis tab has now reappeared but it makes no difference. This place is always going wrong. happy.png

Contact staff to check. I got one two months ago and so I complained to a customer services manager about it when I was talking to him about something else. He told me that he investigated it and it seemed there was a fault. There was no reason I should have got such a message, so he apologised.

People should read the posts and focus.

The thread got massively derailed.

To go back to the abuse topic, we don't know what you were accused of saying. I would stop saying "good game" unless you know your opponent. A lot of people who lose get very angry if someone tells them "GG". Even if you mean well, they hear it as being sarcastic.

For the second time in about two or three weeks, I just got three of these banners while I was playing blitz.

"You may not use Analysis while playing chess. See our Fair Play Policy."

There's something really wrong with this site. I'm not the first person to say that they need to pay more attention to all the glitches. And employ better programmers.

If you have a tab open to Play and one on Analysis, even if you're not in a game, you'll get that message.

Maybe the site shouldn't send out automated messages that are insane. It's a possibility, right?

In the first case, sending out an automated message "we received reports of abuse" without even looking at them - it's just as bizarre as it sounds.

Oh thanks. It's annoying because I sometimes have 20 or so tabs open and it can be difficult to keep tabs on them all.

Many moderators in other forums have stated that the workload on chess.com staff is tremendous with regards to situations like yours. We can all argue and debate about how long it takes and the reasons why, but the bottom line at this point is that it is going to take some time to resolve. Plus, this is the holiday season and I'm sure they've let some people off for vacation. It must be hard, but try to be patient. I struggle with that too and understand how you feel.

Yeah... that is an extremely long time to wait for a resolution. I have no other suggestions, other than trying to resubmit your complaint with some of the options mentioned in this forum. I wish that I had better advice to give.

Might be that since there was a fault, which you'd know if you read my explanation, they've been inundated with similar requests and are hoping they'll go away. After all, they may have looked at this thread and seen that I'd told you about the fault.
