Maybe because you are on tilt, and then you lose a bunch of rating. Take a few days off chess or something, it might help.

So if the site is rigged how did I rise up to 1400? I have good streaks and I have bad streaks. When I am tired I suck, when I am focused I can play pretty good.
If the site is rigged how is it my 7 year old has risen from 100 to 900 rapid since February?
If you just use an excuse that the 'site is rigged' or 'everyone is cheating' then you will not get better. It is a convenient lie to justify to yourself why you lost instead of learning and striving to improve.

Wait, you're rated 800 in bullet (no other ratings available) and you think people should resign after losing a rook? No one in the 800 range should resign after losing a rook. They might win (or stalemate) on the very next turn! I'm rated a bit lower than that in blitz and I certainly won't resign -- more than 50% of my opponents don't know how to checkmate unless they get multiple queens, so my chances are still good.
