I have been tilting a lot lately. I don't think My opponents are getting any better or I'm getting worse, I think its just a psychological thing that I got after losing a few times, now I'm losing the rest of the games too. I'm still beating 1800s In daily, which is pretty much a sign I'm not getting worse. So if I close my account, can I open A new account to start over fresh?

I think it's more ethical to open one account only.  Closing,  reopening,  opening a new one etc just isn't as noble.

not really. U don't know much about chess.com after 1 month also

See article linked below.  Generally, the recommendation is too not open an account because you have lost some games and points.  You will regain those points as your play improves.

it's still allowed though.

it says that it's not recommended. I feel like I won't be able regain those lost points any time soon though

Yes. To move your membership you will also need to contact support and it may take a little time (normally 3-5 days but because of holidays and volume I would plan on a longer wait).
