  I know this is going to be a bit off topic but it is important so im going to write it anyway. You all must be familiar with Kohai. She is one of the staff here at chess.com who helps erik keep this site running efficiently for us all so we can all enjoy our time here.

     Those of us who have become friendly with her know how much pain she has been in waiting for surgery for the last few years. Once again the insurance companies are putting it off and delaying surgery that she desperately needs to start feeling like herself again.
