I have a bunch of friends but every now and then I go through my friends and remove any that have not been on for over 2 years. Is this a good strategy or should I wait longer before removing my friends? If I should wait longer, please tell me why I should. Comment! Thanks for commenting and reading!

I think it is a good strategy because if the haven't been on for 2 year I doubt they will come back online again

Well... there isn't a limit on how many people you can have on ur friends list, so why remove them?

Looking back at this thread, I'm amazed that a NM posted on this and I just flatout ignored it.

It's a long story, however, it has to do with me being a kid when I made this account.

You see, as I thought of a username, I was thinking this very thought.

"I may be young, but I can still beat you."

And that but in that sentence became the basis for the name.

Are there any advantages of having a person you like be a friend on chess.com?  Why not just look them up each time?

Makes it easy to follow content they post and find them quickly when they are online or in Live. Plus, if they change their name you may find it harder to find them.
