inserted diagram question

When I insert a diagram into a forum post or vote chess comment, it looks as though the option "insert Game or seqence of moves" might support adding an arrow to the diagram. But I can't figure out how. Is there a way to do this? All I would like would be to show a static position with an arrow indicating the last move.
