I think a horse is more powerful because you can make forks with it.And a bishop you can capture it with pawns easily.

Well it depends on the position, a strong diagnoaled bishop is better than a knight in open positions, and a knight is better than a bishop in closed positions in Endgames if both side have 3 pawns and one side has a bishop and the other side has a knight if you put it in analysis it says draw +0.00 but if we are speaking humanly the person with the knight will most likely win (depends on the person) but you have to be careful
