In live chess this happens to me alot. Should I report someone for this?

Disconnections by one's opponents is inevitable, a good measure of it outside of their control due to technology problems - but surely some is just rudeness. However, if every disconnect were reported and every report acted upon, I'd think we wouldn't have a chess.com to enjoy. So, I just cope with it, never playing long standard games against people I don't know and always using shorter main time controls with bonus time added to give me time to move. Just one person's view, of course.
