I think I finished 10 tactics puzzles today.  I thought free members get only 3 a day.  Right?

As far as I know, I think free members get 10 tactic puzzles a day. Premium get unlimited. So, that looks about right =)

I thought they recently changed it to 3 per free member.  That was something they changed quite recently... maybe I'm wrong and thinking things that don't really happen.

The change goes into effect on May 1st.
