If there's one thing GM's can do when they want to, it's play drawish chess!
Is the fun already over?
I think if Carlsen does head to draws you will see Anand take bigger chances to try and win. He has to.
If they draw again tomorrow it will be 5-3 Carlsen (did I math correctly?). Anand will need to take a chance to try and pull within 1, leaving the door open for a mistake that Carlsen will surely capitalize on.

I agree that Anand has to as well! But then again, he played in incredibly safe line agains Carlsen last game... I can't explain it.
It's important to note that of the remaining 5 games, Anand has the white pieces only twice more, while Carlsen has white three times.
At this level it's hard enough to win, and to win with black is even more difficult. Anand should be very aggressive every time he has white ... I'm surprised he didn't do that today.
Hey All!
I hope you all have been enjoying the WCC match as much I have. The last few games have been pretty exciting! With 7 games already finished we are drawing to a close. Now that Carlsen has a solid 2 point lead with only 5 games to go I'm worried about the games being less exciting. No one can deny that Anand is in big trouble, it would be totally within Carlsen's rights to begin playing drawish games to lock Anand of out contention. Anand better start playing fighting chess soon, or it'll be curtains. Game 7 surprised me for that reason, Anand didn't seem to go all out.
I am defnitly a big Carslen fan but I'd much rather see good chess! For that reason I hope Anand wins tomorrow!
Am I crazy? To me, if Anand doesn't win tomorrow, We may see nothing but draws for the rest of the game...
Let me know what you think!
