Hello.

I wonder, does repeating previous lessons count to weekly limit?

From what I've heard from others, yes - repeating lessons does count towards your limit.

They made a sucker out of paying members who didn't know the "lesson count" meant any lesson. A reasonable offer is you pay for 3 lessons, you get to see 3 lessons that week as many times as you want. You pay more for 5, and you get 5 lessons per week to revisit as many times as you want.

They are practicing unethical marketing tactics. Legal, yes, I guess. It's not worth fighting it, you can definitely choose not to sign up and quit your membership after realizing their dirty tactics.

Thanks for you opinion NotYourGranny. This problem unfortunately forced me to pay for platinum. Ironically, I stopped learning/revisiting lessons later due to life problems. AND those lessons usually did not give me anything what I did not already read in a chess book 30 year ago... (intermediate level)

IMHO the only improvement over an old book are interactive challenges.
