Go to your nephew's profile and use the gift option there.
My nephew is already a member of chess.com, but he is using the free features. I want to gift him a gold membership, but the app and the website keep directing me to a link to create a new account.

I cannot find a viable way to get to the “Give the Gift of Chess to:” link/location in my app. (The one with the grey diamond image and the plus sign, Search Members, Message to recipient areas). I have already reached out to support and received an automated email reply about creating a new account (which was really frustrating after an eleven day wait).
How does anyone get to that diamond and a plus sign location? I can’t give him a new account, because he has been on the site for over a year and has a solid rating.
Grateful for any advice.
