longer wait times?

Anyone know that if you don’t have a membership, you’re waiting ages for a game, and sometimes you won’t get one?

I usually play three minutes blitz games, when I had a diamond membership I didn’t have to wait for games

I let the membership go because the service was so bad in terms of feedback about reported abusers. (I was reporting about 20 people a day for quitting games but letting the clock run down in lost positions but didn’t get any feedback if those people had been sanctioned, they didn’t seem to be as the problem was only getting worse not better)

However, now when I go for a game, I can be waiting five or 10 minutes for a game to start, and often it won’t start . It happened several times a day every day over the last few months. I have really good reception on my phone, et cetera so it’s nothing to do with that.

Well, who knows? Chess.com doesn't provide any feedback on its server loads by country.

says that old mobile apps are not able to take part in their realtime chess network.
