Looking for Administrator for a Group!

Good evening to all! 

I am currently searching for a person who would be interested in keeping the following group alive and running (http://www.chess.com/groups/home/team-moscow-oblast). By that I mean helping to organize matches, invite new players and maintain a nice atmosphere within the group.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English or German (preferably with Russian).
• Responsibility.
• Dedication.
• Knowledge of how to invite members, set-up matches, manages groups (not obligatory).
• Previous experience in managing groups (not obligatory).

In return, I can offer you something back (except for money). Eventhough it would be great if there would be that magical person(s) who would be willing to do this work for free, I know that in our cruel world that is rarely the case and therefore i acknowledge the fact that there would be some kind of reward needed.
