losing because of lag/disconnect

I must say, i love chess.com and the app. But lately i keep losing games and points just because of LONG lags and even because of disconnections. it can't be, that a move, that i take immediately takes 30~60 seconds away from my clock. I have a perfect connection and can stream youtube-videos, much more bytes as to communicate that i move a piece. This is very frustrating. And today (10 minutes ago) the game did'nt even started, but it drained 10 points away from me, AND i got a message, that if i don't respect the fair play rules my account can be blocked. Anyone else suffers the same problem? Is there ANY remedy? This issue ruins the game =( Thank you Armin
Dear machinehater, I have same problem. This is Chess.com server problem especially in peak time. Reinstalling or something else don't work!
1. clear your borswer's and system cache, cookie, prefetch and temp files.
2. if you are usign v2 then try chrome ad-block plugin,
3. apply step 1 and 2, nothing else.
Try no script, and when you are booting your dumb linux system and he is arguing some system files have been changed, you can do two things, one is throwing your computer out of the window, two is correcting the problem manually.

In blitz as well as live std..ie.15/10 and 30mnts games I lost about a dozen
and more than 100 games respectively due to this problem..but donot worry
about such things now a days..just play for play's sake and not bothered
about rating or losses..

1. NO ONE has a perfect connection.
2. Dont stream videos while youre playing.
3. You will get the precious 10 points back.

There are number of players using this app. App needs maintenance and required to be updated.
I have the same problem. A large number of games don't even start because the lag is so bad that the game times out before the first move. I often lose on time while waiting for my opponent to make a move. Is it my ISP or is it chess.com?
chess.com just want you to spend some 
and upgrade you cheap so and so! LOL
I guess it is some kind of cheating

Absolutely it is Chess.com! I did all of comments and there is nothing! I have disconnection yet!
