I don't know what's going on either. We've asked a legitimate question and are waiting for a response, but one that I do not believe is going to come any time soon.

True, it is Chess.com, afterall
Mljac says he received no warning--they just muted him. Maybe somebody from staff can enlighten us as to why, so that this can be settled or the policy that he violated can be made known to all so that we won't wake up one day and not be able to do anything on this site. I don't know who is right or wrong here, I just know that the way it is being handled is poor.
