no, it is easy to change. It's in the FAQ under Member Account. You need to click on Member Account to see this because only the most popular FAQ items are displayed on the main FAQ page.

Site Rules. "Members may only have ONE Chess.com account. Members who create more than one account may have all accounts closed."
