Why do you need a membership just to access A lot of the features, for example, all of the drills. Membership should be removed and you should be able to access all features just as long as you’re logged in.

Yes...everything should be free. All those GMs/IMs that make the videos, and lessons should do it for free. How dare they ask to be paid for putting in all that time, effort, and work, so you can have them for free. I think you should go to your boss, and tell him you will work for free.
