why doesn't chess.com inform about its updates and resulting changes?

Example: Since recently it's no longer possible to scroll down in 
the coach's speech bubble to view the best move, although I have enabled 
the ' Show Best Move' option in the settings.

Even support is not informed and constantly claims that this should be 
possible.

Developers arnd projects are happening all the time with code updates (bug fixes, optimizations, new code, new projects) being pushed out sometimes multiple times a day.

There are also changes that are only in beta, some that go out to a subset of members to get feedback and other usage data, etc. major releases usually get a news release or are mentioned in the monthly site updates.

Due to the amount of ongoing work, and different groups that get code updates, it's not something that is easily communicated or digestible.

It's very annoying that such a pleasant and convenient game review 
feature, as described above, is no longer available, at least not on 
my account.

It's also frustrating that support simply doesn't provide a clear answer 
to my specific question. Or rather, they keep saying that this feature is 
still available.

There has been a change that's rolled out to some members, around a month ago on the website, with that feature.

Do you have the setting Show Played and Best Move Speech Bubbles or just Show Best Move

The setting 'Show Played and Best Move Speech Bubbles' has disappeared.

That's the problem.

What's the reason?
What can I do to get the previous version back?
Why do I have to waste so much time contacting s...... and posting 
on the forums to get this information?

What do I need to do to get both Bubbles back? What OS / Browser / Device do I need to be using where this is still an option?

I can't review games with just the 1 bubble of information on the screen effectively - to the point I finish going through one and feel I've gained nothing from it.

I don't have a working memory like most people. There must be a lot of other neurodivergent people struggling with this.

I loved reviewing games because the old design allowed me to learn from it easily. I've stopped using the site as much since you changed it. It's such a shame.

Is there anything that can be done? Please help.
