Mobile disconnect and game disappeared from my record! (ranked 30min)

I was playing over my board to help me calculate (new to online) and I have the final position before disconnect, but not the ordered pairs, and no record of who my opponent was or who won/lost the game (I don’t even know who disconnected, me or him!).

I was on a new iPad using the official app earlier today ~13:00 EDT). I know my opponent was rated 909 and I played white, so I searched through all my games that I played as white, and it doesn’t show any record of playing someone with that specific rating.

Is this a bug? I would like to see my moves to analyze my game at least, because I think it’s one of my best games I’ve played on chess.com :-(

There was a Live server restart. There was one earlier today, around that time based on other forum topics posted about it. When that happens, no record of the game is kept, since the games get aborted by the server.

 

Thanks, that makes sense. Are there regular (weekly) restarts, or a schedule to know when to stay off? There was no warning, at least not on the iOS app. Is there a warning for people using the website in a browser?

Messages come up on the website when there is an upcoming restart. Don't know about the apps.
