Muting for a message not even sent

I'm only posting this because hopefully, someone from staff will see. My account was muted over messages I didn't even send (I DID try) that were in response to a dude wishing death on all Americans, saying "f you" in his language, etc. The messages were allowed, your dummy filter didn't catch it and I'm sure he'll continue lashing out at others but hey, I'm the bad guy right? I'll never pay for chess.com again.

The system will warn initially, then if you continue sending the same or similar thing, and continue to get flagged, you'll be muted. If you want to report someone, use the option on their profile. https://support.chess.com/en/articles/8562517-how-do-i-report-someone
