You may want to copy and paste the instructions you have for what you're instructed to write. 

Are you supposed to write mission/vision/objectives? Who holds leadership roles, how a governing body would make decisions, etc...

If you're supposed to write a club constitution I imagine they are looking for more than just explication of the benefits of playing chess. I'll be happy to offer suggestions if you have a little more specificity. :)
