New Chess Analysis Tool

Hi everybody,

I’m Max. As a tournament player, I always found it frustrating and time-consuming to manually hunt down an opponent's various accounts (Lichess, Chess.com, FIDE IDs) to see what they actually play.

To solve this, I built PrepSuite.ai. It’s an AI-powered scouting tool designed specifically for pre-game preparation.

What it does:

1. Automatic opponent lookup—enter a name or usernames, and it searches for their chess.com/lichess accounts, along with OTB games, and then analyzes everything in one place.
2. See their worst openings with charts and stats so you can target their weakest lines
3. Play against a bot that mimics your opponent's play style and level
4. Look at all of their most recent games and find where they make the most mistakes
5. Ask a chatbot what specific lines you can play against them
6. Analyze how they do in time pressure and their results in different formats

7. Browse through their games on a board with full notation and opening classification

It's designed for players who have upcoming tournaments and want to prepare for an opponent without much hassle, people looking to improve upon their own games and see their stats, and tech enthusiasts who want to see how we can use AI to improve our chess. It's on https://prepsuite.ai, and you can sign up and try everything for free.

I would love to hear what bugs you find, what features could be added, and what would make this really useful for serious players.

Thanks, Max

Hey Max,

Your idea is amazing, and I’m glad to have encountered it. Improving in Chess has always been an important issue. Most people don’t have the time or the money to advance their skills. However with PrepSuite.ai, I think that issue can easily be solved.

It is a website that can bridge the boundary that so many chess players have failed to cross. Thank you for your time and effort in creating such an invention.

I wish you the best,

Eric
