For the 7 day free membership, does that mean that a basic member get 7 days of gold, a gold might occasionally get 7 days of platinum, and a platinum will occasionally get 7 days of diamond?
What! A 7-day free membership trial for new users! But isn't that unfair for those users who have been on this site and joined before? New members get all these great perks now but the older ones have to live with it! Anyways, great work with chess.com though (but I really think the 7-day free trial membership thing is really unfair

yey hip hip hooray. i think all members get free membership trial lol.
May I recommend a fix I would like? 1. When playing greeter games, can you give them too me as I am online, not offline... I think this will encourage more members to stay because I will actually be there to greet them and not leave them waiting for me to move.

May I know:
- what is "improved failed checkout messages", the sending message ?
- 7 days free trial: how to prevent somebody register 52 different new username in one year, to get a whole year free trial ? IP address checking ?

any chance that some accounts will be killed "by mistake" ?
I suggest do not close their account but just deduct the points they earned from the cheated game(s), and add some logo (icon) beside their user name, or show some statement at their profile, and remove these stuffs after 2 weeks (or 4 weeks, whatever) if they do not make cheat again.
One thing I'd like to see, and maybe there's a way to do this now, is that when I print the webpage that has the board/pieces on it, it actually prints the board as well. Anytime I've tried to print the screen, I get the pieces, but no squares. Hard to use without squares.

Yah, Erik pointed that out to me. Thanks though. Is that only for Firefox? Sometimes I try to print at work but we only have IE there.
Small update today :)
- fixed some minor bugs and grammar mistakes
- added some links to RESOURCES menu
- improved failed checkout messages
- updated Tactics Trainer algorithm for finding next problem for heavy users
- improved cheat detection reporting (expect a bunch of closed accounts coming soon)
- improved registration process
- added free 7-day membership trial for new members (and offered occassionally to other members as well)
