New responses not being flagged

Is this being looked at? It is really unfortunate that this problem is preventing me from spreading my charm around the forums as effectively.
The last couple of days, I have not been getting the New Posts link in the yellow box at the righ-hand side of the screen.
I can see posts I am tracking have had responses, but no link.
Then, when the link appears, there are like 10 or 15 threads listed.
