It's old descriptive notation. Commonly used before algebraic notation became standard.

1. P-N5 means the white pawn on the knight file moved forward to the 5th square on thier first move when viewing from their own side of the board.

Although, it is technically inaccurate. The pawn cannot move to the 5th square on move one.

2.P-QR4 Means on move two, white moved thier queenside rook pawn to the 4th square on the Queens rook file viewed from their side of the board. This notation is technically correct.

3.N-N1 means a white knight moved to the first square on the knight file on move number three but it is not technically correct because it doesn't denote which knight or which knight file.

"P-N5" means you're going to urinate in five minutes.
