Thanks for leaving out my word "just". You are arguing to fix a problem that doesn't exist. The formula is mathematically sound. There is no evidence of any kind of problem. Even the OP admitted he only had an issue with one person who he blocked.

I can't see what the problem is, according to your games stats you haven't drawn a game in the last 10.
I've played a few drawn games against players both stronger and weaker than myself, if my opponent is a stronger player than me and I make a reasonable draw offer which he accepts then I feel the points are earned, likewise I'm prepared to concede some points if I'm the stronger player but can only manage a draw.
No-one forces you to accept a draw, it's your choice.

This forum isn't no longer about a draw,As you pointed out I haven't had a draw in the last 10.This forum is now about nothing more then trolls attacting me.If you take the time to honestly look at who is commenting and how they make thier comments then you'll see who the real trolls are.

One name you'll see on here is HurricaneMichael1.This one was in a group with me at one time and caused nothing but problems.Plus if you look at past forums of mine you'll see once again she likes to run mouth.But our history goes back even farther.I'm glad to see her and her friends are starting to move up in the chess world.Pay close attention to the groups she is in and the friends she has in other groups.If one group is in a team match with another one watch has the troll move in to attack.Its hard to fully concentrate on a game you are playing when trolls are grabbing at your attention and attempting to take your mind off the game and focus on what trolls are saying.~Anger clouds the mind~

Back to the point : yes it is outrageous to try scratching points by draws like that. But hey, you can refuse. So what's your problem ?
BTW, by "I never accept draws" I suppose you mean draws in interesting positions to play, but you still take them in say K+R vs K+R endings. Otherwise it is just childish.
And you should really stop the red over black writing. I guess you want people to be able to read you when you write.
