do not send me generic links, there is nothing in my cash, my speeds are over 200, I'm not being disconnected, if you're too lazy to do your job then just say so, but don't send me a generic link to have me do what this site should do for basic maintenance, and if it was something with my machine it would happen every game. Not only with certain players. So your scenario is full of old cookies. Get off your butt look at the algorithm or don't bother me. If the site doesn't want the people who steal games, I can shut them down, I chose not to,
I follow every rule here, I conducted myself as someone who wants to play on this platform fair and honestly, but you have people here that do not follow those rules, I've pointed out how they do it, now you to do something about it or don't. The emphasis of this problem is now on you. Thank you for your time. KGB 225
it'sTrying to manipulate lag does not change the amount of time on your clock, other than the fact that after lag compensation, which is limited, you'll see the opponent's clock gain a little time, for that allowed lag.
Your explanation above is lag and/or disconnects on your end. When you get reconnected, your client received your opponent's move that only took a second or two, but because of the issue between you and the server, you exceeded the allowed lag time and your clock decreased more than you expected.
the problem with this explanation, is I never was disconnected, my opponent disconnected his self, so why would my clock being adjusted if I never left the site. Interesting theory but you need to try again try harder, the answers right there it's easy, if I have to shut them down on your site are well, and then they'll cry because they can't play, but I'll continue blocking them in following the protocols of the sit , but don't give me generic explanations for stuff that I point out to you, thank you for your time,

I'm just a moderator, not staff. Other than provide links to how the system handles lag and disconnects, along with some options to help minimize the likelihood of having those types issues, there's not a job for me to do. I don't get paid to answer questions here or solve potential site issues.....
It's very possible there are intermittent issues between you and the site, but your description is exactly what you would see with high lag and/or disconnects or TCP resets with your connection to the site; not something due to some of your opponents.
You can always open a ticket with support and they might be able to give some additional suggestions.

while Jiminy Cricket, maybe I'll start cheating like the rest of these people, since apparently no one ever it would be a 1st#;-)

remember to follow the rules of the protocols, never cheat it shows your wink

@KGB225 , this is not the place for this chat., Please raise a support ticket to discuss with the people who can do anything, rather than clog up the discussion on this news article

good morning I wake up to this, it is not appropriate to discuss the failings in the site configuration here, I have already submitted a request for you to look into time cheating via the mechanism given at the time and at the game I was in,, for you to say that this forum is not for discussing failings in this system, leads me to believe that you're hiding more, then I have experienced, clearly I haven't violated the parameters of this news link, as you said, because what I have stated is news, in order to fix a problem you must look at it, by me voicing it here many people get to look at it, and maybe they have a solution that apparently, the many smart people who configured this site, have not found yet. Thank you for your time.

PS next time ask me to do something do it in a tone that is respectful, thank you again
I did say 'please' but at this stage you are becoming an irritant. There is nothing for /me/ to look into or hide, I'm just another user of this site. I'm not interested in responding to you any further than the below.
Some people think that if they make enough noise they'll get their issues looked at and fixed. The truth is making random noise in random places just annoys many people. The trick to getting your issues addressed is to get them in front of the people who can actually help, and the best way for that is the support ticket system or the Help And Support forums.

PS next time ask me to do something do it in a tone that is respectful,
No. You gotta earn it.
No respect for spammers.

frankly I didn't ask you for your opinion, nor apparently you have any expertise in the field in which you interjected ,your non-solicited opinion, what I did was stay the problem to see if anyone else experienced the problem, or had knowledge to fix it, or who thinks outside the box and can figure out a quick fix, apparently that isn't you. Thank you for such precise configuration OF YOUR COMMENT, and usually the squeaky wheel does get the job done, if you sit in the corner and never say anything no one knows there's an issue, as for the trouble ticket, I reported it immediately, along with the person's ID, per the protocol of this site.

The classroom functionality is bad. I much prefer Live Analysis for inviting students.
Classroom consistently bugs and loses sync with my moves vs what the student see's too.
My students either lose sync, or tell me they even see black and white pawns together at the starting position, (ie. just wrong coloured pawns glitched, etc). Please work on these bugs!

bzzz. wrong answer. the old saying that the squeaky wheel gets the oil does not apply here, regardless of what venue or medium is used to put forth issues. i know this based on many pm's and emails with staff going all the way down the rabbit hole to shaun and erik.
there are some issues they will simply ignore.

Same to you. Go away. This is not your thread.

if it is true which you state that your site holds control of the clock explain, 32 seconds left, I have two minutes left, my opponent moves, disconnects his self, reconnects, I have a minute and 30 seconds left, my opponent has 30 seconds left, I moved I have a minute and 20 seconds, my opponent disconnects, reconnects still has 30 seconds and moves, I move I have a minute left, my opponent clock is at 30 seconds, he moves it's at 29 seconds and disconnects, I am now at 57 seconds, he reconnects and moves again he said 27 seconds, I move I have 40 seconds, my opponent disconnects reconnects moves 26 seconds is left on his clock, I move I have 35 seconds left on my clock, re-connects again and has 25 seconds left, I move I have 27 seconds left, again reconnects, he has 23 seconds left, I move I have 18 seconds left, but opponent reconnects as 20 seconds left and moves disconnects again, I have 10 seconds left and I move, my opponent moves is 18 seconds, I move I have five seconds, my opponent moves is 17 seconds left, I move I have 1.9 seconds left, my opponent moves is 10 seconds I'm out of time. Now understand these events started with me having to minutes and my opponent having 32 seconds. Something doesn't ring true, there was no lag, my cash is clear, my speed is over 200, through the hole game my time was ahead of his, but near the end my time disappears,
damn sure no what I saw KGB 225, you have the capability of going back through your algorithm looking at the damn game get off your butt and do it. the program they use mimics being disconnected, in effectively adjusting the lag if any,
