Online chess question: is it rude to use all your allotted time?

The answer to this question is the same for "Should I resign?" It just depends on your opponent. Some people may get pissed if you wait until the very last minute to move. This is exactly why I personally won't play 14 day games anymore...wow just hurry up and move already. So you can please some of the people some of the time, but you can't please all the people all the time.
For example if you have three days per move, is it considered rude or annoying to use almost the full three days for most of your moves?
