Opponents blunder disconnects WiFi.

Chess.com needs to fix a bug that causes my opponents to suddenly lose their WiFi signal once they make a blunder.
It is preventing those players from making an impressive comeback.
However, it does provide the comfort of blaming their router on their current chess rating.
Does this strategy have a slang terminology yet?
It needs a good one.

They are mostly likely losing their WiFi signal because they disconnected from chess.com. They blundered and are too angry to resign, so they abandon the game.
