Opponents timer stopped

Playing a one day game and my opponents timer has changed to one minute and it’s been stuck on that for about 10 hours, it’s his move. Not sure if it’s a bug on his side or another issue.
Same issue here - may be related to glitches occurring in the big tournament - I asked earlier in the help forum and that is kinda what a mod said. From what I gather, you may be able to claim victory on the website version.

There should be a claim win option available on the game.
There appears to be a backlog in the system that handles automatically claiming games, likely due to the 2026 Chess.com Daily Chess Championships and the number of games timing out.
